I'm start already... i learn more about this OS... I read clever mans, who describe how to work with Android.
I think, i have two big troubles:
1. I don't know JAVA comleatly... but if i know C++, i can learn Java very quickly.
2. I don't know about linux anything... This is trouble due to Android based on Linux kernel, and if i want develop software for this OS, i must to know base of Linux.
